We ran The Story Method™ workshop at the beautiful Ferronato castle, immersing ourselves in the family's world, from the atelier where products are handcrafted to the rooms filled with generations of art, from the shores of Lake Geneva to the stories that had never been shared. Through our deep-dive discovery across culture, consumer, category and company, we uncovered a brand with far more depth and potential than its current positioning suggested.

The consumer research revealed three macro trends converging precisely where Ferronato operates: the shift from flashy to quiet luxury, from material wealth to integrated wellbeing and from hyperconnection to mindful disconnect. The workshop revealed the necessity to sharpen Ferronato's core 'why' and move away from privacy-first messaging to something far more powerful. We distilled the brand down to three central truths and these became the foundation of everything.

From this, we built strategic pillars with a prioritised activation roadmap covering hero brand films, website redesign, product stories, social strategy and ambitious campaigns. In short: The Story Method™ gave the brand a complete blueprint for transformation.
